Hello, I'm Dileep Marway, a technologist with over 15 years of experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about fostering a people-centric approach to technology leadership. This philosophy has empowered me to build and scale high-performance teams at organisations like The Economist and SHL, a People Consultancy. I firmly believe that with the right support and culture, teams can achieve their goals while maintaining both physical and mental health.

I’ve previously shared my thoughts and insights on my blog, Be More Meerkat, where I’ve explored various challenges in the workplace that impact well-being. Topics such as work-life balance, mental health, racism, and the importance of culture have been central to my writing.

Now, as part of the InflamMed community, I’ll be focusing on workplace well-being. After all, we spend a significant portion of our lives—perhaps too much—in the workplace, so it’s crucial that this environment supports our overall well-being.
